Today's the day!
In less than 6 hours we are headed to the happiest place on earth! Could life be any cooler? Well, actually . . . took the van in on Tuesday for routine maintance and they found an obscure problem that requires this little part that was near impossible to find. I dropped it off (loooonnnggg story) and am patiently wating (ha ha) for my mechanic to call and say come pick 'er up. The minutes are ticking folks and I am getting frantic. This week has been a nightmare. I guess I am really paying for the thought that I might get away. On the other hand, maybe God is just pushing me into REALLY enjoying my vacation. Yeah, that must be it.
Beautiful Breezie got glasses this week. She looks so adorable with her little retro frames. Too bad she hates them and "losses" them whenever possible. I officially entered the trifecta of turning thirty. I have surgery on the 31st to remove my childrens first home, I got glasses last week myself, and my daughter called me old. What else could I ask for? But, hey, awesome vacation,I got in to nursing school, and I lost 12 lbs - so I guess it all evens out.
